Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my grandmother's garden, I always go there very often because there she has so many flowers and animals there.

Time

This photo is probably the one I'm most proud, because I took it one day after lunch and I was focused on another part of the garden. Suddenly I saw the butterfly , I took my camera faster and it didn't move until I took 5 photos. This is the one that I liked most.

Lighting

In that moment I didn't think much about the lightning, I just adjusted depending on the exterior light, there was a strong light by the sun.

Equipment

This was shot in a Canon 1200D, with a 18-135mm f. 3.5. No equipment was required.

Inspiration

I took inspiration from the enviroment I was, all surrounded by nature. All was full of flowers and insects making the pollination and suddenly I saw this butterfly.

Editing

I didn't post-processed. It wasn't necessary.

In my camera bag

Normally I have my Canon 1200d with the stardart camera lens EFS 18-135 mm and the tripod.

Feedback

Is just being aware of your enviroment when you are in a field full of flowers when it's spring. You have to know when the light it's better and the insects pass and go flower on flower taking pollen. When you see one you have to be fast and catch it in fraganti, when they are on a flower. Then make several photos, but not getting too close to the flower, it can scare the butterfly and it flies away.
