Took a trip to South Haven, MI on 1-11-16 while visiting family from Kalamazoo, MI. I am originally from South Texas. I had not seen my family in over 20 years and have never experienced snow before. The snow on the beach was especially interesting to me since I was used to sand, just not covered in a layer of snow. We spent about 20 minutes there before leaving since it was so cold. It was a beautiful experience, I just wish I was able to withstand the cold temperature.
