I wonder why you would use such a high ISO when you are doing a long exposure anyway?

Hand free, no tripod. The camera was against the glass to avoid reflections and have some stability. The tripod was not an option because I needed the lens hood flat on the glass and was almost impossible to obtain it with the camera on tripod. It was just a snapshot to remember a moment/place, not an assignment so I did not planned the shot and avoided complications :)
...and I see now that was half second, with the 14mm I consider half second a shutter speed manageable without the tripod also with no glass to help keeping the camera steady.
