Behind The Lens

Location

ZSL Zoo in London

Time

in the afternoon

Lighting

he was in the enclosure.... and l was standing outside with a unbreakable glass between us...

Equipment

Canon Camera

Inspiration

As l was visiting the Zoo for the day... had my camera to hand... as l stopped to see if we could spot anything in the enclosure... The Zoo has windows in which the customers can stop and view the animals... (with the glass window).. as l stood he suddenly made his appearance... walked right up to the glass face to face with me.. and l took several shots... he disappeared and reappeared., and l took more shots....

Editing

no post processing done..

In my camera bag

l normally have a few extra lens.. such as Zoom lens and Ultrasonic Lens

Feedback

l traveled all the way to India with my camera with a chance to capture some wild animals on a Safari trip to the Forest... (l was told that they have tigers, snakes and various other animals in the forest... But l was disappointed as l encountered none.. So as with the photography... l have taken some really nice photos at the Local Zoo. The Zoo houses a lot of wild animals in their enclosures... and if you have any type of camera.. (it does not have to be an expensive one... as you can cut crop and paste on your computer to get a closer picture of the animals rather than having to carry a zoo len)... they are very interesting to photograph and l find the wild life in this country is the best place to have a face to face Animal Encounter, as close as one can get., with.the window between us of course.
