The South-west Coastal Trail between Hartland Point and Hartland Quay reveals an unusual and little seen aspect on St Nectan's Church. The trail is difficult in places here but as with all good walks the effort is worth this uplifting and quite inspiring view. From below the cliffs in this ancient valley asight is revealed which is carried within oneself for a long time. The play of light along this section of the coast is many a photographer's dream and there will be many who can capture this image with much more clarity than I but none who will feel as blessed as those who experience this in life.
