I like your shot but if you get a chance to do it again and you have no clouds in the sky...tilt down and do less sky. Think of vector points when you frame something like this...the tilt down would have also given you a true vector point (V)...the shadow of the bridge the the concrete foreground wall. Of course if there's clouds use them in your frame.
