When I am usually on the trains in early morning around Long Beach (California) or Downtown Los Angeles, I try to sit in a way for a metro ride experience to be unique and memorable much as possible.

This entails understanding how the light is reflecting inside all over inside of the moving train. I try to seek light that tells a story on the riders and document them in a way that is possibly sneaky-- but at the same time, the camera is pretty close to their face.

I had encounter some people telling me, upfront, I have no right to take photos of them, then of course, I show them I delete previous photo and it's no longer available. Confrontation is intense on these rides and sometimes I just need to do somewhat a risk to get that capture if possible.
