I took this photo out in a field to get prime lighting from a clouded sky.

Time

I went out in the late afternoon so the clouds weren't too glaring

Lighting

The lighting was fairly bright white because of the clouded sky but the sun was beginning to set so it wasn't a glaring white.

Equipment

Just my Canon g11

Inspiration

I love how my eyes are both blue and green when the temperatures are cold. It was a cold day and my eyes were especially different that day.

Editing

I took the photo to a Color Pop app and turn the photo black and white and then re-colored in my eye.

In my camera bag

Tripod, extra memory cards, batteries, SD card adapter for my IPad mini.

Feedback

Go for the eye directly! Don't try to get the mouth or the nose in there too. Decide what you're going for and focus on that. Be creative with what you want the image to focus on!
