I took this photo at Heritance tea factory hotel when I visited Nuwara Eliya in the upcountry of Sri LankaTime
It was in the morning at around 11 am. The weather was gloomy but there was enough light to capture a wonderful session of photography.Lighting
The lighting was perfect to illustrate a dampness and to extrude the cold weather and gloomy weather that was prevailing at the time.Equipment

I have always been inspired into taking macro photographs. The rust on the metal bar as in the photo looked really abstract with its green color been eaten away by the brown color of the rust.Editing
Depending on the colors of the photograph I sometimes edit the photographs to bring out the vibrancy of the colors. However on this photograph no such processing has been done.In my camera bag
The only piece of equipment I have as a photographer is my smartphone although I do use a Sony cyber-shot camera on rare occasions. I do hope to get a professional camera soon as that would give me a chance to improve my skills as a photographer immenselyFeedback
If you get the perfect angle and the correct amount of light you can obtain the perfect capture even without using a professional camera. Keeping cool as you take the photographs is the secret to taking a good artificial macro photograph.
