Behind The Lens

Location
The photo was taken at the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum, Tucson AZ. Raptor show.
Time
Approximately 10:30
Lighting
Lighting is always a challenge. Sometimes it is perfect and the other 90% it's not. Just happened to be at the right place, at the right time with the right light.
Equipment
Hand held a Nikon D7100 with a 55-300mm lens.
Inspiration
As a maturing nature photographer, I knew the ASDM raptor show would showcase a few birds. What better place to learn than an environment like that.
Editing
Yes, but only a little auto enhance to capture the true colors my setting saw.
In my camera bag
Now a days, I have Nikon D810 with a Nikon 200-500mm lens and a 1.4 teleconverter. I still have the D7100 with an 18-55mm and 55-300 lens. A mono pod and of course quite a few memory disks just in case.
Feedback
Have fun, think of the aspect of the light, be patient, stay positive because you will delete 1000's before you find 1 that pops and inspire people in some way through your photos.
