Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo of Boca Ciega Bay as the sun was starting set. The skyline in the background is Maderia Beach Florida. The sailboats in the picture are typically moored in the cove.

Time

The photo was taken in the evening just prior to the sun setting. I saw the beautiful cloud formations and colors and had to capture the moment.

Lighting

Very seldom do you get to see all of these different colors in a sunset.

Equipment

I took the picture with my Iphone 5

Inspiration

The beautiy of the sunset inspired me to take this photo.

Editing

I like to use an app called Snapseed to process my photo’s. The app has every feature you might need to enhance your photo’s.

In my camera bag

The only tool I use is my iPhone and some apps on my phone. I have my phone with me most of the time so anytime I see something that catches my eye I’m ready to go.

Feedback

The best times of the day to take your photo’s are early in the morning or around sunset. I like to keep me eyes open and look for things that might make for a good picture or things that interest me
