This shot was taken in Hawaii, on the island of Kauai. We had a condo right on the Pacific Ocean. Had to get up early for this one!Time
We were still getting used to the time change but set our alarm for 5:00 in the morning every morning to catch the sunrises!Lighting

In Hawaii everyone takes photos of the sunrises and sunsets. I’m always in awe at the way people gather at sunset to watch the sun set!Editing

Along with my Nikon Coolpix 900 I carry extra batteries, a cleaning cloth, an adapter that I can transfer my pictures off the usb card to my iPad.Feedback
Always take a lot of photos, at least one of them will be amazing!
