An adventure is different throughout the various stages of life. Jakob is the youngest generation of a family who used to be miners in Mineral King. He was leading the way back to the miner's cabin that has been in his family for many generations. When the light broke through the clouds onto Timber Gap and Empire Mountain, he stopped to take in the wonderful scenery. It reminded me that as one gets older, one should always look at life in amazement and awe as children do.
