Welcome to VB, the background is nicely out of focus here but you need to work on the subject here in the foreground. I expect this was handheld zoom because your shutter speed is probably too low for hand held i.e. 1/300+ sec would have been better, which you could achieve by raising ISO or stopping down the aperture to open it out a little more.
