I have shot this in my studio flat set up with professional light and photo gears, I am self-taught photographer where I explore a new technique and colorful frame in every single shoot.Time
It was a winter day one evening my friend arrives to greet me on the Indian festival ( Diwali- Festival of Lights) and she also likes Indian culture and tradition . on the same occasion, she loved to dress up as Indian woman. there we go for a shoot and celebrate the festive mood with a simple one light shoot where she was accessorized with rich Indian traditional jewellery necklace.Lighting
It was a one-light set up by Elinchrome light with a diffuser of silver tint. The camera was handheld so I can angle the shoot as I want in a quick time without using many operating gears. I took assistance from my friend who holds the diffuser and cables for lighting in a tiny place.Equipment

Inspiration is always from Indian Traditional women who are bold enough to carry loads of Antique jewellery and also with simple one necklace without any other ornaments on their body. It's also greatest inspiration I admit is from out traditional Indian temple architecture where we find massive artwork of single stone sculptures which are famous for intricate details.Editing

Use the available resources and get the best out of them . Choose jewellery based on your theme. Heavy ornamentations will be highlighted if the costumes are less and simple, also do not panic when you are shooting sparkles , adjust your lights so that you can avoid spending more time on editing unwanted reflections on your product.
