Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken near Mossleigh, Alberta on a foggy wintery day.

Time

It was taken early afternoon.

Lighting

It was a light fog day with great light for outdoor shots.

Equipment

The camera is an Olympus OM-D E-M1 with a Zuiko 12 X 40 F2.8 Pro Lense. I shot it free hand.

Inspiration

I travel about Alberta taking photos of abandoned farms and buildings.

Editing

I light post edit with white balance in Lightroom

In my camera bag

The above and also a 70 X 300 F4.2 Zuiko

Feedback

Watch the lighting closely and I always try to include the scenic background. Rule of thirds is my guide as well as anticipating a story by using the background.
