Taken late afternoon, it's a composite image of about 20 photos stacked in Adobe photo shop.Lighting
It's exciting and dangerous at the same time so always think about your surroundings and have a go to place to seek shelter if required.Equipment
Canon 5d3 - Tamron 15-30mm f2.8 vc on a Manfrotto tripod.Inspiration
Being a very keen Storm chaser my Inspiration is getting a photo of mother nature at her absolute best something Unique, Something No-one else has in their portfolio from that location ;-)Editing
After stacking the images in photo shop there is very little done to the image, I'm not big on spending hrs on a pic, a few minutes at the most.In my camera bag
Canon 5d3 - Canon 24-70mm f2.8 - Canon 70-200mm f2.8 IS mk2 - Tamron 15-30mm f2.8 vc and a Lightning Trigger for daytime lightning.Feedback
Just please be Safe and always take Shelter when things start to get Hectic. I achieved this image with 30second exposures on a Tripod and cable release remote so as to minimise any camera shake. Focus set to Infinity f2.8, and I also Under expose 2stops so that the lightning doesn't blow the picture out, Cheers guys thanks for the support and happy shooting and most of all Stay Safe ;-)
