I decided to do a study in black and white of cutlery and the shadows a harsh light would provide. Through the myriad of shots i took i settled on one of each utensil this one being the spoon. The idea was to get a sharp focus on the nearest point and get as shallow depth of field as possible. I found the end results quite striking.
