In my last year of grad school, I did my internship with the Correctional Association of New York, which is located across the street from the Adam Clayton Powell State Office Building on 125th Street. Before, and certainly during my internship, I must have walked past this statue a million times, but it never occured to me to photograph it. Until one day near the end of my internship, the clouds were just so, and I finally "noticed" it. Shot on Ilford Delta Pro 100 with a Canon A1.
