This little newborn had a pacemaker inserted only moments after he was born. His family is so amazing

This little girls daddy passed away 4 months before she was born and her mumma didnt get newborn photos so I did her a cake smash session for her 1st

Location

It was in the driveway of our house

Time

Some time in the afternoon.

Lighting

It was a sunny day but the area was shaded

Equipment

I just received my new camera (at the time), a canon 700d. I was using my 50mm 2.8 portrait lens and a bag of dog treats

Inspiration

Just learning how to use my new camera. Also my daughter and dog are my most willing subjects! I love black and white and saw there was a submission for it so i tried my luck

Editing

I just used a b&w filter. No other editing. Thats all it needed

In my camera bag

My new camera, Canon 6d, my 50mm and 85mm lenses. I got an led ring light for mothers day so i carry that when i need extra light but no flash. Battery charger, lens cloths, and SD cards
