I am not an expert in taking photos by any means but this photo was taken as an experiment to try capture the beauty of my favourite Hydraenga not only because of the colour blue but the contrast of the blue and Green in nature and the maturity of this plant and ability to grow like this every year without any care whats so ever. This caught my eye to be able to portray this image in the true magnificent beauty she is because of her colour and age of her & fellow surrounding plants that only enhanced her beauty. In Nature old age is often able to produce the best of so many blooms. A bit like wine which is often at its best when aged & fully mature. This old blue girl has truly settled in to fit into the shape of this gardens surroundings and what a stunner she is.Editing
