A cold frigid morning at 6,000 ft as I peeked my head out of my resting place. Winds nipping to the bone almost making you a prisoner to your sleeping bag. With a fresh, warm cup of coffee brewing on the Jetboil I zipped up my coat and pulled my beanie down onto my head. Watching the city lights fade out into the morning fog to be replaced with a morning's greeting of beautiful color and light that would warm anyone's soul!
