Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in my home studio in Uzbekistan. This was my first experience of photography made after purchase of professional camera Canon 6D, before I took off on the Canon PowerShot A590IS camera.

Time

This photo was taken March 28, 2015, time 15:30

Lighting

Working with the sunlight pouring through the window, when shooting portraits, it's my favorite, and the available technology, it allows you to remove the natural and colorful images. The only additional source of light here - silver reflector to illuminate the black dress to accentuate details and the beauty of evening attire, as well as highlight the shady side of the model.

Equipment

Canon EOS 6D, EF 24-105 F4 IS USM

Inspiration

have always been inspired by the man himself, unusual appearance, beauty, and then I pick up the image for their models and locations. So in this case. I was inspired by the extraordinary fragility and femininity of the model.

Editing

Yes, there is a post-processing. 1. "Liquify" Use filters, to increase the volume of hair 2. Basic retouching faces 3. The basic color correction program DPP 4. Art retouching in Photoshop program, use the plugin Nik Software Color Efex Pro 5. Texture mapping on the photo.

In my camera bag

Canon EOS 6D, EF 24-105 F4 IS USM

Feedback

I was a novice photographer - itself looking for good advice :)The only thing I can advise, take pictures of what you like, focus on the things that inspire you personally. Try to get the joy and fun of photography. Do not be afraid to experiment. Study the light, it is very important in photography, much more than technology!
