I had a difficult time seeing this image when I first arrived at this location. I had been feeling a little lost with my photography and the weather had been so gray and wet. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and go out and shoot anyway. When I arrived here it just looked disappointing. Cold, wet, windy and nothing to see really. The longer I sat still and just looked, the more I began to slow my mind and see the photograph I have here. So, not a total waste of my time and indeed a lesson learned.
