This man had a stroke 3 months prior to the taking of this photo. This made it unable for him to work and he had no family to support him through this tough time. His neighbors graciously help him every day with whatever he needs and have truly become his family in the Dominican. Despite his circumstances, he continued to smile and find the good in every situation
