I really like the message from the picture content. I think its one of those few occasions where you needed full DOF. I understand it was dark, so take 2 shots at different focus positions then put them together. Also, this could be cropped just a little tighter on both sides to draw the eye to the kid a little more. Go get this idea again, its worth it. I would set it up.
