Unusual and touching stained glass window in Boxgrove Priory in the village of Boxgrove, West Sussex, England. Dedicated on the 17th September 2008 to Pilot Officer Billy Fiske. Born in Brooklyn, New York in 1911, this American Hero was stationed at the nearby Tangmere Aerodrome during the Battle of Britain, and he was the first US serviceman to die in World War II and is buried in the churchyard. He died for England.
