I took this a few years ago So. of Lobo on the Texas-Mexico Border.

During the film days, a photography instructor said, “You can’t freeze a humming birds wings. If you want the wings frozen kill and stuff it. Otherwise leave the wings blured to show motion.” Even now that I can freeze them I lower my shuter speed to cat

In to the storm. In West Texas a storm can form in a matter of minutes.
