Location
I took this in my house- I was trying to locate the best location for this kind of picture. I had a photoshoot coming up and I wanted to make sure I was able to capture what I was after.Time
This picture was taken in the evening.Lighting
Standard lighting- Its a matter of finding the right lighting on the subject - No reflective spots on the photo. Lighting can be a factor that can make or break a photoEquipment
Canon Rebel T5. Basic lens that came wth the kit.Inspiration
Photographers can also be a good role model. Being in my early 50s, I was proving to myself that I still have what it takes- I love to mentor and teach young girls how to smile. This picture is a def feel good picture.Editing
Alittle editing doesnt hurt. I did use the picmokey editing program on this picture. Just a little bit of exposure and a slight amount of clarity to make this picture pop.In my camera bag
I use a canon rebel t5 - i have 3 lens, standard kit lens, 52mm and a 55-250mm glass. I love my lens. My equipment is starting to outgrow my bag. i keep a supply of memory cards on hand. A cleaning cloth for fingerprints and the tulip -Feedback
Practice makes perfect. Never give up on your dreams- Age isnt a factor- Be comfortable with yourself- When shooting a shoot like this, make sure your subject is having fun. Let them be themselves- My advice - just keep shooting. Have fun.
