Bishop Creek Canyon is still a bit of a secret, though many outdoor enthusiasts know about and visit it. It is especially "secret" or at least quiet in the Winter when it is covered in snow and the access roads are closed. Here also, near the end by Lake Sabrina, is the small, quiet and hidden community of Aspendell. Near Bishop, CA.
