With a newborn baby, the days fly by because they love to sleep and cuddle. This was mid-day, because shortly after this we fell asleep together on the chair, for an afternoon nap.Lighting

From the beginning of my love story, starting with meeting and dating my husband I have had this urge to write my story. I love to write, but even more I love to take photos. Looking back on my photos, I am absolutely fascinated by the beautiful and blessed life that I have been able to live. When my son arrived it was like a whole new world. The sun shone brighter, the snow was more pure, smiles meant so much more, and more and more moments were captured. I was inspired to take this photo because he changes each day, it seems minimal but a month, several months and even years from now, this is all I will be able to hold onto of his sweet newborn baby days.Editing
With natural light the coloring is at its best, but I did do some post processing. I added some warmth and brightened the image a little bit.In my camera bag
