The old house south of Medicine Hat, Alberta proved to not only be interesting from the outside. A peek inside revealed some lovely treasures such as this old chair. I didn't notice at the time that the back of the chair has rotted into the shape of a heart!! It made me think that there were likely many times and stories of heartfelt comfort told or shared from the warmth of the old chair.
