I took this picture of a clematis cultivar at the Gardens by the Bay in Singapore during a tulip flower show. What caught my eye was the blueish bars runing down the middle of the purple petals. These seem to be iridescent or glowing when viewed at certain angles. It contrasted so well with the white central portion, making the latter stand out even more.
