Passenger Train to Churchill. MB awaiting passengers inside Winnipeg's VIA Rail Station. These passenger cars were built around 1955 and have been maintained for continuing use. Most were built by the Budd Rail Car Co. of Philadelphia, PA for use on Canadian Pacific's original Canadian transcontinental run. Cars from other American railroads have also been purchased and outfitted for use on these trains.
