I like the pure simplicity of the composition. The red/black combination is quite striking as well. My restless imagination is thinking of using a white background and then rendering the photograph in B/W. Am picturing the image in my mind and liking it.

I used black linen cloth as a background. I do have white linen, but it draws photography to high-key type, which is hardly within my reach. However I do see what you mean by converting it to B&W. Perhaps we should together try some high-key photos. Best regards, Mick.
