Instrumental Trans-Communication

This is an image that I believe is an Entity which is Alien, that I caught, in my practice of Instrumental Trans-Communication. What this is: It is a way of capturing spirits or Entities photos through the means of Moving Water-Light Reflection. You video the moving water in a steel bowl or black bowl with a source of light, this one was sunlight, which is the best light. Then you go through the video frame by frame. This is an untouched photo that I took out of one of those videos. I communicate with spirits through different methods. Ex: Ghost boxes and this technique.
