Behind The Lens

Location

Tangalooma Island, Australia.

Time

Sunset

Lighting

Just focused on the horizon.

Equipment

No flash. Just my Nikon d5100.

Inspiration

Visiting my sister and sightseeing. The sunset looked gorgeous. The picture didn't do justice of the beautiful sun rays and colors.

Editing

Just cropping.

In my camera bag

At the time just my Nikon and a telephoto 55-200. I have expanded a little since then. Now I have 55-300 mm, 18-55mm Nikon dx, Altura macro, sigma ex wide angle 10-20mm and a 58mm uv filter. Also an extra battery and Sd card.

Feedback

Personally I look at it and think, would that make a good picture? I go by mood and feeling when I shoot. Anytime I go anywhere I bring my camera just in case there is something that fits my mood at the time.
