The Sapphire Flutterer, (Rhyothemis triangularis) is a species of dragonfly in the family Libellulidae. This is a male, judging from the bright blue markings on the wing bases. Sometimes called the Triangular Flutterer. Shot in full sunlight at a Nature Park in Singapore.
