The Aurora in all her glory lastnight! It finally happened for me:) Wow guys, I really am still lost for words with last nights events, the memories and this photo, I still have not come down from it all haha. It has been a dream of mine now for many years to witness the Aurora and I have come close several times to seeing both the aurora australis like this one or earlier in the year when I narrowly missed its bigger cousin the aurora borealis. Last night I got lucky though and all the pieces fell into place at last and so, my dreams finally came true. You could actually see it with your naked eye really well in the distance you should of seen me bouncing all over the place with amazement as mother nature turned it on for an epic display of colour and light!
