On my way home from work, and a self imposed assignment to find and make a memorable photo happen, I came upon this scene (near Michigan Lake and a bit below Wacker). To the right of the wall cars were rushing along LSD, escaping the city for quieter quarters. To the left, the ramp, cars would periodically whiz by. For whatever reason, despite all the movement, I wanted a scene of just sky, buildings and the grip of the vines taking back what used to be their space. I had to lay down to get the angle right and to have the wall block the commuters. Then I had to time the ramp traffic so I could get a shot off without one being in the frame. Ta Da!
