hand held, manual exposure, f6.3 1-160th second @270mm iso 1000 circular polariser, trying to lift the colour of the sky as well as the little brown jobs sitting in amongst the dark foliage, unfortunately the wide aperture has had an effect on the depth of field, another compromise, someone ( not myself ) with good post processing skills could probably have done away with the polariser, used a wider aperture, and got better results
