Location
This photo was taken in Augusta Maine, in a cemetery. I am self taught and have been shooting for about 5 years now. This is definitely one of my favorite photos I have taken. Jordon took great photos, but most of them were all of her gorgeous smile. I wanted to get a good shot of her not smiling, one that focused on her eyes, we tried it out and this is what I got. Absolutely love this shot.Time
This was taken around 2pm in early June.Lighting
I love finding shade. It was a bright sunny day, which is always good for photo shoots, but in my opinion only when you have good shade cover.Equipment
I used my Nikon D7000 with my 35mm 1.8fInspiration
Nothing specific inspired this shot, it's just a really good photo. I love it.Editing
I use light room 5 to edit my photos, I didn't have to much to this photo, maybe a little to the exposure and I added the hazy finish to it, but that's about it.In my camera bag
My D7000 and my go to lens which I use literally for everything is my 35mm 1.8.Feedback
Good lighting is a must, shade is my best friend when shooting, but not too much that it takes away from the exposure. I don't like to over edit my photo's so I have to compensate for the lack of lighting. Just the right amount of sun and shade makes for an awesome photo
