Jokulsarlon is a glacier lagoon in southeast Iceland on the edge of Vatnajokull National Park. Large chunks of ice break away from the glacier and lazily float out to the Atlantic Ocean 1.5 kilometers (0.93 miles) away.

Jokulsarlon has been the setting for four Hollywood movies: James Bond's A View to a Kill and Die Another Day, Laura Croft: Tomb Raider, and Batman Begins, as well as the reality TV series Amazing Race.
