I like to take photos that seemingly don't have a lot of dramatic interest and then find the angle, distance and depth of view that gives it new perspective.Editing
Im also constantly going back over all the shots I have taken and processing them in new ways to find the diamonds in the rough. Sometimes it isnt immediately apparent to me that I have a great shot until I consider all the ways that it can be presented....In my camera bag

Keep going back over your old photos from time to time. Give your instincts a chance. There's a reason that you wanted to capture a specific moment and place. Also remember that although you can spend SOOOOO much money on equipment (especially good glass), it's all about how you captured the moment. Just like every other artistic endeavor, take pride in what you accomplish over what equipment you have. It's your good eye that will eventually shine through.
