I had just managed to set up my tripod when the clouds opened up and the lightning began to touch down. I rushed to the edge of the cliff to capture at least one memento of this amazing landscape before we made our way back to camp where we tried to wait out the storm... the next morning we woke up to all our clothes soaking wet, the feet of our sleeping drenched, and our equipment boxes filled with water. The storm was a great addition to our trip that I will never forget.
