Star lines or star trials, depends what you call them. This is my first attempt. Sure its a bit 'meh' and 'abstract', after all I did use a telezoom lens so that I could focus on getting the stars and processing them correctly in my first attempt, but the next will be better - or I hope!
Next one will defiantly feature a foreground, since I live in northern east of england, I might go out in search of lighthouses or rural areas - we don't have a lot of cities, and where we do we have a lot of light pollution, so I doubt it will work well!
Hopefully I'll get too do this again on a couple of more goes and it'll just get better and better.
Photographed last night, with a Canon 600D body and 70-300 L USM lens at an AP of F4 ISO of 1600 and exposure of 30''.
Just a thought, if I'm working in an area with light pollution, do you think ND filters could work?
