I could hardly contain myself waiting for a t-adaptor to arrive. I had the telescope, I now had the camera, but one little piece of metal was between me and my hopes to capture and share just a little of the wonder the night sky offers.
As soon as it arrived I like a kid on Christmas Eve, just bursting to play with my new toy. After the quickest scope setup I've ever done I managed to capture a couple of shots before the clouds rolled in. Rushing in to download the images I didn't know that I'd quickly learn to treasure that little piece of metal that allows me combine two of my passions into a new and spectacular obsession.
Night time is now my favourite time!

Wow! Thanks for the award! There's so much improvement to be made with my rig in terms of clarity and stability, but it's great to get some positive feedback like this. It's worth any amount of numb fingers and cold noses!
