Location
The picture was made at a location near my home. This little lake is called „Taferlklaus-See“. I went there for relaxing after work. Until noon the weather was pretty fine, so I exspected trees, snow and sun. But while it needed some time to get there, the sunny weather changed and when I arrived the point if best view, mist was rising, covered the sun, so suddenly the scenery change to what you can see thereTime
AfternoonLighting
It is an available light picture. It is only exposed slightly shorter than the light meter recommended.Equipment
I dont know any more, I think it was a Nikon I frequently used at that time. For I am a hobbyist, my documentation is a littlebit poor. Sorry.Inspiration
I like this place, it is lovely and calm.Editing
Normally I dont do much post processing. I remember having done a slightly sharpening and given a little more contrast to get the snow more natural. Usually my camera setting of saturation, sharpening and contrast is position „low“.In my camera bag
Camera, wide angle lens (ow with an other camera normally 21mm full format) and 90mm. Focussing I do normally by hand.Feedback
If you know a similar place, go and visit as often as possible. I did not have any detailed plans. The situation „happened“. Some friends laugh about me but I always take my camera with me. And you somtimes must give yourself time to enjoy a special moment, give a „time out“.
