I was inspired by nice reflection at the still water level in the fountain which is usualy jetting the water whole day since 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. when it is switched off.Editing

I have the old full-frame Canon EOS 5D. I bought a new EOS 5D Mark IV. I usually use universal lens Canon EF 28-300 mm f/3.5-5.6 L IS USM and also Canon EF 24-70 mm f/2.8 L II, Sometimes Canon Canon 50 mm f/1.8.Feedback
A quality of the night photo depends on the light. It is possible to use a high ISO of 1600 with the Canon EOS 5D and much higher ISO of 3200 or more without any dramatic noise. I prefer to apply rather shorter time 1/100 s or 1/125 s than longer, because it is better to keep the sharpness - in case of shoting from hand without tripod. It is necessary to use tripod in case using longer times 1/30 s, 0.5 s, 1 s, etc.
