Location
The shot was taken in Hoi An,Vietnam. We were wandering around the local food market. There were so many sights and smells,it was a great insight into the daily life of the locals.Time
It was in the afternoon.Lighting
I used natural night.Equipment
My equipment was just my hand held Nikon D7100 and the nikon 18-105 lens.Inspiration
This old lady and her basket of noodles caught my eye.She had an interesting face and i liked the colors and textures.Editing
I tweeked the hdr to enhance the textures and a little cropping was all i did in editing. In my camera bag
My camera bag consists of camera NikonD7100 Lenses Nikon 18-105mm Tamron 18-270mm Tokina 11-16mm speedlight flash and a tripod.Feedback
Travel photography is not just about the famous landmarks.I believe the people make the country and to capture the characters you meet on your journey is special.Engage in conversation if you can and always ask if you can take their photo.Sometimes a dollar for the shot will make their day.
